What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free onsite estimates because certain repairs require weighing the door or making sure tracks and parts aren't bent and so to give you the most accurate recommendation and price we like to take a look first that way there is no surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Go to the home or job site and talk with the customer about the problems and their needs and then give the best recommendations for repair or replacement so that we can fit their needs and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are always doing training with the companies products that we offer making sure classes and workshops are gone to. Continuing education is very important to make sure the customer is getting what they need at the best price. And keeping up with the industry is crucial for that.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Wanted to provided a great service and product and at a price people can afford and had experience in the field.

All kinds we have worked with homeowners all the way up to LARGE industrial sites.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had an older couple that wanted new doors and motors before they died (their words not mine lol) and they hired us and our technician. Waylon had a blast listening to all their stories and life adventures. When we got done the lady called us after Thanksgiving and said that here family scared them to death because they came through the garage door and it was so quite they didn't hear them come in. It was a great phone call and a great experience. We love what we do and the customer is why.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that they explain and answer any and all your questions. I cant tell you how many times I hear they tried to sell me this $1000 motor but didn't explain to me the features or why i need that expensive of motor. Its ok to ask questions and get the best fit for you. We are here to help not hinder.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What their needs are, what solutions do they want to have to problems they have been having and the biggest one is make sure your expectations are understood by the contractor so that way we know what we need to do meet those needs.
