We are a locally owned Sears Home Services franchise that sells and installs garage doors, garage door openers, and we also sell and install entry doors (front, side, patio, french, storm etc). These entry door systems must be purchased from us and installed by us to maintain that spectacular Sears warranty. We also perform routine general maintenance and repairs on any brand of garage door openers and spring systems! We utilize industry leading equipment for all repairs, service all brands, and sell best in class garage doors. All of our technicians are put through a complete background check, bonded and insured, so you can feel safe with our trusted professionals in your home. Our staff is professionally trained to ensure that we complete our work to the best possible standards. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our discounts and deals change monthly! Please message us to learn what our current promotions are. We have a $75.00 service call fee that covers minor adjustments and repairs. If our tech visits your home and finds that the service call fee will not cover your garage issue, we will waive the fee and give a quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We really value our customers and believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you call, message us on Facebook, or request our services here, you will find that we are focused on customer service. When you first reach out we will go over the issue you are having with your garage or garage door opener by asking a few questions. Once we have an idea of what is wrong we will explain pricing and if you would like to move forward we will schedule an appointment based around your preferences and our availability.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are in our 10th year of business and are proud to have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our tech's have a combined 70 years of experience! We hold a current contractor's license and EPA certification. All of our technicians participate annually in continued education regarding the latest in garage doors and garage door openers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with ALL types of customers! We value all jobs, small and large. Don't forget to tell us if you are a veteran or active military so we can apply our military discount to your order.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Definately work with companies that have a current contractor's license and EPA certification. Look for companies that provide in-house warranties AND manufacturer warranties. Check reviews! Both Google Business (we have a 5 star rating) and the BBB (we have an A+ rating) websites are a good place to start. Additionally, when scheduling your appointment, make sure to ask if the technician that will be in your home has had a background check. This is really important because all customers should feel safe and confident in their own homes!

If you have time to plan out a project like a garage door installation or are thinking of upgrading your garage door opener, create a budget range that you're comfortable with. Ask your contractor to provide a "good, better, best" estimate so you can see a variety of options to determine what will fit your needs. If you have children or pets you'll want to make sure your current garage door opener meets safety standards and that your garage door has "pinch protection" panels. It is also really important to get clear details on warranties.
