Iā€™ve owned several homes. Iā€™ve made changes to all of them. Iā€™ve been doing this type of work for over thirty years. Iā€™m experienced with electrical, drywall,trim, yard work, flooring, plumbing, pressure washing etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to tech school in Seattle. I studied industrial electrical and machining. Iā€™ve maintained industrial machinery for over thirty years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I rebuilt a bug infested deck. I was able to repurpose much of the existing wood. It took three weeks working by myself.
