What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are family operated locksmith not contractors, therefore, we provide affordable locksmith service. We usually give an estimate over the phone, but the price depends on types of jobs and location.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First thing is to check and understand the customer’s need, and I explain the process to her/him. Then start the job, and 100% satisfaction of the job is warranted.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked under a licensed locksmith around 4 years to learn Auto, Commercial and Residential locksmith services. Also, I studied for locksmith license and obtain it in 2019 from Texas. Very few stats require locksmith license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was interested in locksmith when I was young, and learned the basic locksmithing with a locksmith friend while working with him. Now I am working as a licensed professional locksmith over 6 years of experiences.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently had around 30 locks to be master keyed. We were prepared for this project, and rekeyed them in less than 4 hours with lock installations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a honest professional locksmith who knows what he or she is doing.
