What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

First of all I offer 10% OFF for Military personnel, Law enforcement and Senior citizens. $19 only for service call. Pricing depends on the situation but our prices are very competitive and affordable and we beat any competitors prices, so give us a call before hiring anyone.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Love helping family members / friends who needed help with their lock problems and making sure everything worked perfect for them made me love doing this type of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all kinds: Residential, commercial and industrial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently master key all locks in a 3 floors building and did a new master key for owners, it took us almost a week to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always hire a licensed professional. There are many UNLICENSED LOCKSMITHS, so please before calling a locksmith that came up on google search, check them on SUNBIZ.ORG website (corporate online search) to see if they licensed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Finding out the root of their problem taking photos/videos to show and explain to a tech problem so it won't happen again in near future. PBC Locksmith offers an automatic 1 year warranty on all work so you won't be charged a penny if your lock starts giving you a problem.
