10% OFF for: Military, Law enforcement and Senior citizens. Flat $25 for Service call. Reasonable parts & labor rates .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Very Simple! Confirm the scope of work over the phone and schedule an appointment, in emergency cases we will show up right away.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

17 years of experience and a locksmith license

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Uncle owned a locksmith shop in Queens NY, He asked me to help whenever I have free time, as time went by fell in love with the field and decided to take a locksmith course, the rest is old history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

A police station in Broward county, various schools, warehouses, offices, retail stores and residential customers

3 Push-Bar fence Installation at a school in Coral Springs, Installation of a one full day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the provider credentials and work history.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For Large Project: Ask if the estimate is free, What kind of materials are you getting for the price estimate? Get 2 or 3 estimates and make sure you comperes the estimates correctly,keep in mind the lowest estimate isn't necessarily best, especially if there is a lot of hardware to install, prices vary significantly based on hardware quality.
