The prices depend on what I need to do to get the job done. I have a flat rate for some stuff, but for other things, I can give you a free quote on site

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

discuss over the phone about the service, sometimes if the customer needs I provide a free quote on site. Once the customer approve the estimate, I do the service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The first company provided me with full training on the basics of locksmith services, and then the experience did the rest.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with a company in 2017, and in September 2021, I created my own business, running it by my family and myself.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

a had to rekey 19 residential locks, I took about 3 hours in the whole process (desintalation, rekey and re install the locks)
