I always try to give them the best solution possible in a fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I listen to the customer's problems and needs. after that I am trying to find a solution for him/her. Sometimes I ask for some pictures or a video to get a better understanding of the issue. Then I give a price estimate (quote) on the phone, and if we both agree on it - we schedule an appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am learning every day in order to find the best solutions for my customers - For example I install new locks and advance locks that people buy on Amazon and e-bay 😻

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Sometimes you don't choose your profession, Sometime the profession chooses you 🤗

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with an amazing customers, its was my honor to serve them. I feel so lucky and I would like thank in advance to each and every one of you for choosing me, I am not taking it for granted 🙏

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

When I have a standard thing the work usually runs very fast, when it's non standard it's taking a little longer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to read the reviews before hiring, to check the newest, the lowest... Sometime it's better off to pay a bit more for a high quality work & good service 😎

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I was lucky to be born gifted with my hands form a very young age I was building Buggies (off road cars). I also worked many years as a car mechanic, so for me it feels very natural all the technical work. I like to meet different people and to hear their needs and help them with my gift and my knowledge. I must admit that I met a lot of handy customers and it was so nice to work with them, and exchange knowledge and tips with them - I found it very appealing.
