What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Here are some prices & options:  Service call $40.  $30 Per standard lock to rekey (lock must be in good working condition & have at least 1 working key).  $80 Per new Deadbolt or Doorknob, medium security locks (price includes parts, rekey & labor to install on an existing hole in the door).  Fresh installations, cutting a new hole for a deadbolt on doors with no lock-hole, $75 labor. Basic keypads $200-$300. Smart keypads $400-$500. Emergency Lockouts $80-$200.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Reading & understanding the customer’s job needs, sending out a detailed message to give as much info regarding the project, setting a time that works best for both sides, calling 20-30 min ahead to let the customer know we are on our way, reviewing the job with the customer before we start, completing the job with a 5 star service, reviewing the completed job with the customer to make sure it’s to their satisfaction.
