What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

45.00 service fee, 20.00 a cylinder to rekey. double sided keyway locks is considered 2 cylinders. 2 keys included. 30 day warranty. 95.00 flat rate for all lockouts. dead bolt and door knob lockout is 125. all other work is based on work needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I contact customer to find out what they need or want done. I send an estimate. schedule the work and except payment once the work is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

certified locksmith and advanced locksmith certifications. Licensed by the state of North Carolina.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to school recommended by the Associated Locksmiths of America at the time of my certification.

Only schedule one locksmith at a time. Every locksmith has a service fee.
