What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Very simple . Call or text we quickly set up a time convenient for the customer . We go there check out the job and give an estimate . Job is usually done at the time of the visit .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Associates in business administration , all training required for locksmithing . Dcjs approved

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a technician for a big company here in the nova area . I realized how much opportunity there was on this area . Me being a handyman was easy to learn all of the techniques of a locksmith , finished all the test requirements and got my license . Now after 10 years on the business I own Amp .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently changed all the locks and create a master , sub-master system for the wmata parking facility . Heavy duty commercial and rekey to all entry doors . Took about 3-4 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a small business like ours . Big company’s tent to cut corners, we as a 2 man company worry about our customers and make sure they come back to us .
