We are available 7 days a week and past 5:00 pm. We understand that every move is different, and we can accommodate to your needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All fees are discussed upfront before services. You will not be surprised with extra charges at end of job. NO fees for fuel or miles. Time starts when we arrive and stops when the job is complete.

Collecting information about their move. Quoting price. Discussing length of job. Explore dates and times. Schedule and confirm.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

First and foremost to supply for our families. Secondly to provide the best moving services and experience expected.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A customer called for assistance getting a custom table top inside their house. We responded and were not able to make the turn due to the size and shape. The builders of the table suggested cutting the table and making it smaller. Not wanting to destroy such a nice piece of work we put our heads together and decided in order to keep the table in one piece it had to go through the second floor window. After renting a special lift and familiarizing ourselves with the equipment we hoisted this large table up slowly guided it though the tight opening safely placing it in the upstairs room.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about hidden fees. Get an estimated cost for your moving services. Ask for confirmation on your appointment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long should my move take? What additional fees are involved?
