What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to chat with the customer first via text or phone, if possible, to see exactly what the project needs would be. If we both think the fit is right, we then agree on scope and price, and set up a time and day to execute task. Upon completion and complete customer satisfaction, we process payment in the most convenient way possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently 43 years old with a young family of 5. For 25 years I have been fixing, assembling, maintaining fixtures and equipment privately and commercially. -I have 17 years in General Construction and Property Management industry. -Taken several Project Mgmt, Property Mgmt, and Real Estate Courses through Rockwell Institute, WA -10 years troubleshooting and repairing gas station systems(pumps/tanks), as a tech and a tech manager. -4 years US Navy, Honorable Discharge as an E5.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Digging trenches, and picking up garbage for electricians, plumbers, and carpenters when I was 16 years old. Fell in live with construction and the heroes that make it happen..

Building several large raised garden beds with the reclaimed wood of an old dismantled cedar fence. Took roughly 10 hours..
