In Arizona the seller pays all commissions to Real estate professionals. If buying, that's no additional cost to you. If you are selling a home I always offer competitive pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I enjoy getting to know new clients and really like to get a feel for what their needs and goals are.

I have been working in the real estate field for over 10 years now and work with Realty Executives which is one of the top firms in the nation.

It's important to find an agent that will listen to your needs and wants!

It's important to think about priorities when buying. What are the most important must have features? Bedroom size? Location? HOA fees? When selling... have an idea of how much you want to end up with after the sale and try to take the emotion out of it.
