Introduction

Personal Training has been my passion for the last 17 years. I had a B.S. in Exercise Science and have been certified as a Personal Trainer since 2005. I work with clients from all walks off life. If your trying to lose weight, build muscle, improve balance, or improve athletic performance, I am your guy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Yes, I train hour sessions for 45 dollars hr. Monthly or weekly payments, with no contract.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I allow the customer to interview me and give one free session to let them see if they like my training style.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a B.S in Exercise Science. I am certified through ACE. Lifestyles and weIght management Certification. Over a decade of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a smoker, fat and physically a mess. In 1998 I started working out, but due to improper training and guidance I found myself injured very often. I have always had a calling to help people, so I decided I would go college for Exercise Science. I obtained my BS degree and have been training ever since. I truly enjoy watching people improve their physical and mental health.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a very wide base of clients. I have helped numerous people lose over 100 pounds, individuals with TBI, young athletes, and everyone in between. I place a large focus on training safe to avoid injury.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have been many success stories, but one of my greatest accomplishments was helping a client lose 110lbs and at 45 she was able to do 8 regular pull-ups. When you see someone lose this amount of weight, so see their entire life change.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I want you to enjoy your workouts not dread them!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What they want out of a program. How much will they invest in their program outside of working with me. Are they ready to make a lifestyle change?
