What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As a Buyers Agent, I do not charge you for my services. I ask for a pledge of loyalty as I am only paid after the transaction goes through. I am a commission Basis. As a Listing Agent, to sell your house, our office charges 6% of the sale price

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with I my clients, we sit down and discuss why they are moving, what the purpose of the purchase is. I listen to their needs and provide not the the homes which may work for them, i provide the background information of suggestions I provide

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 16 years experience in the Real Estate industry. I have over 25 years in the Air Force. I am an Associate Broker, I was a Real Estate Instructor, Office Manager. I have been on our local Real Estate Association Board as well as out MLS (Multiple Listings Service) Board

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing real estate with the sale of my second home back in 1998. My agent thought I was a natural with customers and customer service. I took to it like a fish in water. It was and is very natural for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers from many different backgrounds, cultures, age ranges ( first home buyers to retirement homes). My clients purchases range from the second home (vacation home) to investment home to having it become their primary residence. There is no normal price range nor reason why a person picks a home. My job is not to judge, my job is to guide my clients with information to help them make the best decision with their financial situation
