What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have competitive pricing and will also price match upon verification inorder to satisify my client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I welcome their input and encourage them to walk their property with me pointing out any improvements, renovations, updates or any deferred maintenance items. I want to be as thorough as possible to deliver a credible report.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and have taken many CE courses to stay competent in my field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I gave tennis lessons to a Mortgage Company President and he asked me to be an appraiser at his company about 30 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial, Agents looking for pre and post lisiting assignments. Customers who need reports for estate settlement, IRS settlement or divorce. I have expert witness testimony experience in court for my divorce reports.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was a part of the commercial appraisal team for the Southland Mall in Hayward California. It was fun doing deep analytical research both current and archival for this project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their qualifications, reviews and ask questions during the phone interview.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly do I need in order to hire the right professional for my job? Ask as many questions as possible and provide a specific time table for the best results.
