My name is Steve Meyers and I have been a licensed agent here in San Diego county for the past 5 years helping both buyers and sellers of real estate throughout the county. For Buyers I specialize in working with First Time Buyers, Military Buyers looking to use their VA eligibility and Investment Buyers looking for a good investment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Commission fees are always paid by the seller of a property. If you're a buyer I am completely free for you to work with. For sellers that need assistance selling their property my commission fee is based on the amount of marketing you would like done for the property, which can be discussed on a call. It ranges from 4-6%

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For Buyers - We setup a time to do a zoom consultation so that I can go over the home buying process, market conditions and how to write a strong offer so that you know exactly what you need to do when it comes to house hunting. For Sellers - We setup a time when I can come out to the property to take a look and assess the condition and give you a home evaluation. I will also make my suggestions for improvements prior to listing which will help get you more money for your home in the end.

-Hire someone who you feel has your best interests at heart -Make sure they have a good online presence with good reviews -Don't look for the cheapest pro when hiring as they say you get what you pay for
