Listing fees based on performance. Don't pay top dollar for a Realtor unless you get top dollar for your home!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Start with a home tour and let the Haven Group build you a complimentary strategic home listing plan, complete with timeline, expenses and expected sales price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

John and George are experienced Realtors who work exclusively in San Francisco with two decades of experience representing sellers of homes, condos and multi-unit properties. George has a BS in business management from The university of the Pacific and John has an MBA from UC Berkeley.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

You cannot raise a family in a stock portfolio. A home investment is so much more than a financial decision. We want to be there for the biggest purchase and sales decisions in people's lives. John and George are San Francisco property owners and believe in the power of home ownership.

What types of customers have you worked with?

John and George are San Francisco home listing specialists who also work with home buyers. Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds including medicine, technology, business, law and the arts. We work with any residential property owners or buyers in San Francisco.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

1983 15th Ave. received 10 offers and sold in April 2021 for $450,000 over asking price in only 9 days. This trophy home had tremendous potential, however, we recommended a few powerful cosmetic improvements which substantially boosted buyer's emotional attachment to the home. The cost of these improvements was covered by the Compass Concierge loan program.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

An exceptional home sales result requires an exceptional sales team. Strategy, preparation and negotiation are the core elements of a home sale process. Find a Realtor team prepared to confidently handle all three elements; and a track record to back it up!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my home worth? How long will it take to sell my home? What will it cost to sell my home? What can I do to increase my sales price or decrease my time to sell? Why are you the best team to sell my home?
