We are commission-based and that will be discussed at the time of signing an agreement to work together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can meet you at your property, at our office, or virtually. We usually go over our services and the agreements needed to buy and sell real estate in California. The consultation is free and if you'd like to move forward, we sign an agreement to work together, and we will be paid through the escrow process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our agents are licensed Realtors in the state of California. Samantha is a licensed Broker, and she also has a Bachelors and Masters degree. We also have a probate certified agent to work with those types of files. We are also certified transaction coordinators, along with consistently staying educated by attending courses on a regular basis.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Samantha started in real estate when she was 16 years old, helping brokers to market themselves. Gracie has been in real estate since the 80s, working as a filing clerk first. She then moved onto transaction management, and finally became licensed as a Realtor in the 2000s. Our other agents have various experience and stories, but we all have a passion for real estate for one reason or another!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with buyers, sellers, and investors. We work with relocation, first-time buyers, vacant land purchases, and beyond. Our experience is mainly in single-family residential homes and income properties like rentals and businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently sold a home to an investor who then renovated the home, making the neighborhood more beautiful by doing so. Then we listed the newly renovated home and were able to get top dollar for the listing, along with competing offers as backup. We loved to see the transformation. This was a 6 month process, from buying to renovation, to selling. But it took us less than 30 days to sell the home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone that you trust and that is experienced. Experience means they can anticipate any problems ahead of time and save you headaches and money.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your timeline for buying or selling, that is the most important question. Also, if you're not sure where to start, we can work with you to figure that out.
