What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, the home owner asks me for ideas to prepare their home for the market. We put together a plan and work together to put the property in the best condition given the home owner's budget. I provide project management services by bringing contractors to the property who can help the property become market ready, by improving, updating, rennovating the property. Next, create value through the pricing strategy. We market the property to bring maximum buyer interest. We utilize technology to appeal to the widest base of prospective purchasers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated in Finance from Brigham Young University. Comprehensive training includes exposure to finance, legal, contracts, escrow. Licensed in Real Estate since 1979. Real Estate Broker since 1998.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began in real estate in residential real estate. After some time, I became a Broker.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with single family dwelling owners. From time to time, I have received requests for help with commercial real estate, including investors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a home owner who was concerned about the effects of COVID-19 and other forces upon the economy. I worked with them by consulting them on requirements for COVID-19, preparing the home for the market place, coordinating with contractors to prepare the home to be marketable, communicating with other real estate agents in receiving PEAD forms and lender qualification letters, coordinating the appointments for each showing of the home, analyzing multiple offers, providing the homeowner with insights into each agreement, making recommendations so the homeowner can make decisions, working with the title company to accommodate the home owners' needs. Closed escrow in a timely fashion, and the homeonwer was very happy.
