4 years of real estate experience, negotiating best prices for my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Real estate was always a passion, started with a license and just helping family and friends. Gaining their trust, and able to be successful has only motivated me to want to help anybody I can. It's a rewarding experience handing keys to a buyer, and I enjoy being part of their journey.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds, those that difficult, and some with unrealistic expectations. I'm very easy to work with, and over communicate. Constant communication is key so everybody is on the same page, and no surprises.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A friend reached out he needed a staycation home with Covid. Any homes with a pool were getting multiple offers. Once he found the one, I worked with the other agent, provided a strong offer with great terms- and we got it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give me a call. You'll be surprised how much you can save versus other agents. There's too much in real estate, don't overspend.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If buying, make sure you have your finances already pre approved by a lender. If not pre approved, I can help you with the process. If selling, I can help you with your comps analysis, to give you current estimated market value.
