Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am flexible for both Selling commissions and Property Management fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I meet with the buyer or seller and review what their plans & goals are. Happy to explain in more detail since everyone has a different situation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been working with buyers and sellers since 1985. I have a Broker's License and received the GRI and CRS designations. Continuing Education every four years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father began his career in real estate in late 1960's, opened up his own office in 1971. After college, my father said 'try real estate, if you like it - if you don't that's okay'. It's been 37 years now and still helping buyers, sellers, investors, and managing properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
First time buyers and sellers. Repeat buyers and sellers. New and experienced investors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Working with a buyer, I recently wrote many offers to find the right home. They were so excited when our offer was accepted and after reviewing the disclosures - all looked good and they happily moved forward and love their new home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't risk your purchase or sale of a home with someone with no or limited knowledge about the market. Experience matters, shortcuts don't work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Every situation is different; if you are thinking about renting your home talk to a professional CPA about capital gains & talk to a property manager. if you are thinking about selling or buying, ask about the market trends and possible predictions on the near future of the market.
