What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It doesn’t cost the buyer to use the service of a realtor to find a home. The seller pays both the buyers agent and selling agent. NO cost to you to use me to find you a house, condo or townhouse. Sellers pay 5%, which is divided in half, for sellers listing agent and buyers agent. I am open to discussing a discount, depending on the situation

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Sherman Oaks has been my home since 1995. Raised 2 children whom are in high school now. Before that, West Hollywood was where I grew up as a child. For me, home is THE most important part of ones life. When you love your home, you’ll love your life. So it was the most natural thing for me to get into professionally.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent client was new homeowners looking for a 4 bedroom house in West Hills, CA. Because they were new to the home buying process, I walked them through the entire process. From getting them alone with my finance brokerage in Woodland Hills I work for. Then found them the home they wanted. Got it under listing price, and had ALL repairs done and paid by seller.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with your gut. The best realtor has patience, drive, negotiating skills, ease of communication with full transparency, and feels comfortable to talk with.
