I am a Probate Specialist. I am also licensed as a Mortgage Broker which can help when reviewing offers for your property.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in consumer finance then transitioned to mortgage loans then to property sales.

I work with clients from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently sold a Probate property that took almost 1 year due to the heir emotional difficulty and preparing the property.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire an experience person who you connect with. Someone with excellent people skills.

What do I need to do to my property to prepare for the sale? How long will it take to sell? How much could we expect property to sell for?
