What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When SELLING Your Home: There are industry standard fees when it comes to selling your home, and these are always negotiable. Level of service provided will typically lead to a higher fee. When BUYING A Home: You will not need to directly pay me for helping you buy your property. I get paid from bringing the seller a buyer for their home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to connect with my clients ASAP! For those looking to sell, I will coordinate a time with you to meet you at your home to go over the process and the strategy I feel is best for you in selling your property. For my clients looking to buy, I offer a free buyer strategy meeting either in person or over zoom. In this meeting I go over the homebuying process and will discuss the best plan of attack for you and your goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked with some of the most successful Real Estate professionals here in San Diego! I believe in continual learning and growing in this field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I felt a shift was necessary for me and the career I was in, and I realized Real Estate was the ideal vehicle for my goals and dreams. As a Realtor, I'm able to coach someone through one of the biggest decisions they can make! And I take pride in that responsibility.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent client success story took about 5 months from start to finish. We began looking around late Summer and were looking on & off for 3/4 months. We had put in close to 5-10 offers before we had our offer accepted on a beautiful home in Santee! I'm really excited for this family as they get to raise their kids in this great property.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Speak to multiple professionals to see who you connect well with and how they may differ as far as what they offer! Every Realtor offers similar things, and yet we are all different.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

- What are my main objectives when buying / selling? - Is my home ready to sell now, or does it need work? - How quickly do I want this process to take? - Am I in a good position now to fulfill my goals?
