What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

voice, text or email contact first, then I will travel to your office for admin needs if desired, or file sharing over internet is generally sufficient for real estate work I am very hands on - traveling to the site as often as needed and managing my team to ensure your remodel or any interior/exterior work is done to our plan and your expectations

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Coordinating my team by offering efficient project management, we completely upgraded the interior of a house that had not been updated in almost 20 years to prepare it for lease listing; removed popcorn ceiling, painted throughout, updated electrical outlets, new window treatments, new front door, elegant doorknobs and a new mailbox - details make the difference! The most significant changes that helped my real estate investor client realize a substantial increase in rent was the complete kitchen overhaul (see before & after photos) based on my suggestions of all new stainless steel appliances, apron sink and modular faucet, beautiful stone countertops, and gorgeous glass tile backsplash - a win-win for the property owner and his very happy new tenants. (5 weeks) reworked a branding campaign (including website reformatting, design consultation, social media presence & WikiPedia editing) for an internationally known attorney - 4 hrs participated with other team members in producing a 158 page RFQ (request for qualifications) for an architecture firm - 8 hrs edit and final a weekly newspaper column (print & digital) for a design and planning advocacy group - 2 hrs/wk
