We’re have a general contractor license and are real estate developers. We been building homes and apartments building since 1983. When it comes to inspection and any type of maintenance you can rest assure your getting a real licensed contractor not a real estate agent with no construction knowledge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Dad had a construction development business is where I got started building . We owned the homes we built so I also learned how to do property management.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with investors to families that just inherited a property. There’s also people who just dabble in buying a good deal and doesn’t want to manage it them selfs or moving out of state or city and needs a professional management company.
