What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Flexibility is key! With a commission based service such as selling a home, it's very important to get what you pay for. Commissions are negotiable and not fixed. If we make this a team effort, you can save thousands of dollars in commissions, for example; If your home is turn-key, then expect to pay way below the average commission. And if your home needs work, that's okay too! Our advice and resources can help transform your home into a turn-key home in no time, again saving thousands and possibly selling for more than expected!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Education, Expectations, and Delivery. I provide detailed guidance of the real estate experience/process. The goal is to have a new client enjoy peace of mind that everything will be taken care of with such ease.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been, and continue to be, educated from the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Orange County Association of Realtors since 2003.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working as a leasing consultant for a high-end Newport Beach apartment community in 2002 and was recruited by one of the residents who was a loan processor for a mortgage company in Anaheim Hills. I got my real estate license and I started doing mortgages first, then after about a year, I missed the excitement of showing people a place to live to fit their lifestyle. I started with Century 21 in December 2003 and then in 2006 I received my broker's license and haven't looked back since. I absolutely love love love what I do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types! From first time home buyers and sellers to folks who have purchased three or more homes. I'm happy to help anyone that I can!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have so many fond memories of helping folks buy and sell. For timing, some have taken as short as 45 days and some 6 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Since buying or selling a home is such an emotional experience, my advice would be to work with someone that you simply click with. It's sort of like a quasi marriage. it's full of ups, downs, love and complete Trust. Hiring a realtor is much more than someone just finding or selling a home, you owe it to yourself to actually enjoy the experience!
