Introduction

I started staging homes in 2022 and still enjoy doing so. My focus is to make the home beautiful and cozy.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
$600 for 1 room only or $500 per room for two rooms or more (living room, dining room, bedroom, family room)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will take a look at the place and give my suggestions afterwards. My client and I will discuss which rooms will be furnished and which will not be, if any. Then the place will be staged. Finally, we will walk through the place and do any fine tuning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have no training in this. It's something I enjoy doing. I like to buy furniture and paintings and then decorate homes with them.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It started with my friend needing staging for her property. She was charged a lot for a few things. I was disappointed. I thought I could do better and at a lower cost. Since then I have staged properties for clients and for my own properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
My customers are typically real estate agents or people selling their homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Staging homes is like art. Everyone has their own style. If you like the pictures you see and the pricing is acceptable, then go for it.
