Each transaction is unique so we work with you on finding the right pricing and can negotiate on who/how the compensation is paid. If we don't achieve your goal, we don't get paid. Your success is our success!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Buying or selling a home is very personal experience. We like to sit down with you and get to know each other prior to entering into any agreement. We want to make sure your needs are heard and we will put together a plan that suits you and your needs. We are not high pressure. We understand that right now may not be the right time and are okay with that.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 combined years experience in customer service, sales, and relationships. We have run small businesses and ran large teams in corporate insurance. We have both taken numerous classes that focuses on being better and growing our skill set for you our customer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Skylar sold his very successful detailing business after being invited to join a high producing team of agents. Brian left his 13 year career in Insurance Claims to join Skylar combined to create a family business.

Buyers, Sellers, divorce, probate sales, vacant land, 1031 exchange clients and more! Families, partners, singles and investment groups looking to expand their footprint.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are always proud when we are trusted by a client with their money and their dream and turn it into a reality. A recent example was when we worked with a client who had wanted to sell her current home and move into a specific community. The timing was key and we stayed in touch and focused on her vision for 2 years! We were able to sell her home, and get her into the community that she wanted in less than 45 days! We are over the moon that she trusted us to help her!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all agents are the same, make sure that you have the same values and that they have your best interest at heart and will listen to your needs and visions. They should be a partner, cheerleader, trusted advisor, and our ultimate goal, be someone that you would refer to other people in your life.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers come up with best questions. The first one is the easiest; am I ready to own my own home? Not sure? Call us and we can help you answer that. (It may not always be yes!)
