What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I tried to publish figures to open a window into cost. However, prices are dictated by type of service, location, difficultly, client needs like timeframes, particular instructions and etc. Prices are not final and negotiable. REO, Repossession/Eviction clean up minimum fees published.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin by understanding their fundamental needs. From there we establish what we can and can’t do for them.

Decade in the RE.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Rentals. Sales. Flips. Project management. RE photography. REO trash outs. Usually someone had a problem and we resolved it.

Project management a midterm rental. 30-40days. The investors were great people. It was a great reminder it’s about people.
