What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge 1% total all inclusive listing fee for my sellers and give my buyers a 50 percent tax free rebate from my buyers commission. I also do mortgage loans and can give you the lowest rates and best terms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first build a great level of trust between us. I make sure that you are well taken care of by going the extra distance. You will be in the best of hands either way me

Broker and Owner of my own company. I worked with Coldwell Banker for 5 years as a top producer and manager. I am licensed through DRE, CAR, HUD, NAR and OCAR

I’ve been in business over 20 years and love what I do. Helping people is very rewarding to me.
