Pricing Depends on service level and whether you are buying/selling/leasing. For buying/selling/listing services commission is negotiable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1) Set up a Consultation 2) Listen attentively to your needs, and form a plan of action accordingly 3) Road to success!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Emphasis in Finance, graduated cum laude.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Shortly after college... Real estate and my degree in Finance went really well together! I absolutely love it!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every demographic and wide array of social-economical backgrounds. I am a fair housing provider, offering assistance to anyone!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a VA buyer recently. After months of multiple offers and hitting the pavement day after day, we finally got into a home! It was such a smooth transaction and closing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire ME of course!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Timing is everything is real estate. It's also important to plan out any future plans/needs if you are buying and selling at the same time. Don't forget to take advantage of certain tax benefits like prop 60/90, too!
