What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing and commission structures are always negotiable. But hiring a real estate professional is typically the first step in a long term relationship. Commissions should be competitive, but not the primary factor in hiring an agent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1 is to set up a meeting. Get to know each other and learn your goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 40 years of combined experience in all types of real estate markets. Buy/Sell/Lease, Residential, Commercial, Investments, you name it... we have seen and done it. MBA education, entrepreneurial experience and a founder of one of the largest independent brokerages in the Denver area. We formed Alliance several years ago to scale back and focus on the personal relationships and service that attracted us to the real estate business to begin with.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Have always been drawn to real estate and started in property management. Grew and expanded into all different facets of the industry, but what's most attractive are the lasting relationships you build with your clients over the years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Anyone and everyone from first time buyers to seasoned professional investors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk to several people. Look for experience and a connection. The real estate business is relationship driven. You should find someone that you are comfortable with, and at the same time have confidence in their experience to help with your particular situation.
