Introduction

After 10 years of selling homes, I have learned that the most important thing when selling homes is to have a good strategy. And that's what I have. An excellent strategy that allows me to sell houses in just 72 hours without showings and up to 12% more than MLS. In addition, most of my clients stay home for several months after the sale. Many home sellers are looking for "discount agents" thinking that working with them will save them a lot of money, and I totally understand that. I was a discount agent myself for many years and my only strategy was a low commission. Unfortunately, this works fine, but only for agents to get another listing, not for home sellers. Home prices are negotiable. This means that homes can be sold for less or more. And this is a key moment when a good strategy plays a very important role in selling homes for the highest possible price.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
When I list properties, I use program, that allows me to sell homes in just 72 hours, with no showings, average 8.4% more then MLS and most of my clients stay home after closing for several months.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When I work with home sellers, I like to meet them at their home for a quick "15-minutes" walkthrough. I explain them how I work and what I can offer, and most important and I give them a price on their home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Before I got my license, I was in construction business. I also flipped few homes with my family and by myself. To get license, I had to finish real estate school, which I did and passed all needed exams. After I became an agent, I attended many seminars, took hundreds of hours of different classes. Currently, I joined 72SOLD, and I'm on a team calls three times a week for over an hour each time, learning best selling strategies thought by best agents in this country, like for example Greg Hague. Founder of 72SOLD. His company sold over 100,000 homes in Arizona in just one year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
First I started as a small investor with my parents and my brother. We had many years of experience in construction, so it wasn't too difficult. We had a Realtor, who found us an old house and we remodeled it and sold few weeks later. After few homes, I decided to get myself a license, so I can sell homes myself. And I did.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I worked with all kind of customers. First time buyers, investors, house flippers, buyers. I sold commercial properties but mostly residential. Right now I focus mostly on working with home sellers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My last house I listed at $600,000, took me 72 hours to sell. With program I use, I received 6 offers and sold for $670,000.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Great question. First I would ask what is the plan and what is the strategy? Most agents don't have any of those. Their plan is to list a house and a hope for a good offer. My plan is to get the highest offer and the best terms for my clients. My strategy is to create environment, where home buyers get into a bidding war and pay highest amount for every of my listings. How I do it? I'll be glad to answer this question personally to every interested home seller.
