standard 3% or more of the sales price,, as a buyers agent and sellers agent and transaction broker, customarily paid at closing by seller from the sell of the property regardless if your a buyer or not.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Seller and Buyer consultation to review clients goals and vision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-Associate Level Real Estate Broker License -Masters Degree in Business Administration with Emphasis of International Business -Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with Emphasis of International Business -Associates Degree in Business Administration with Emphasis of International Business

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Real estate has already been a dream of mine for over 20 years, so after life happened family came, and i finished by college education all the way to level of Masters degree, I felt it was time to get in it to walk out that dream.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I open to work with responsible clients , as I have to be responsible to successfully get through the process of a transaction from start to finish.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am open to work with buyers and sellers, I have added more specialization in working with buyers who are using a VA loan.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You need an agent who is responsible, available, honest and knows how to negotiate.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What area does the agent operate in? Do they do meetings on remote or in person or both? What brokerage do they work for and where is their office located? What is the current market look like according to clients budget? Does clients budget fit the current market and what they want in a house, if a buyer? It is a right time to sell my house, if a seller? How much is my house worth, if selling a house?
