Pricing varies, but we are competitive with local businesses in Colorado.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a phone call with all new clients and then meet in person to go over details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Real estate license and 10 years experience working in Colorado. Completed several continuing education courses each year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked at a title company to gain knowledge and experience about the closing process. I think it was very beneficial to learn that side of a real estate transaction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

First time homebuyers, move up homebuyers, downsizing buyers, sellers, investors

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped a buyer buy a home that had multiple offers. We were able to win the home with various techniques!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Work with someone knowledgeable, professional and dedicated!

What is your timeframe for moving? What is your budget? What’s most important to you during a move? Pricing, timeline or convenience?
