Introduction

Aggus Realty is unique in at least two ways: 1. Our marketing includes a video tour of every property that is posted on multiple Internet web sites, including our own 2. Our field technicians do a periodic walk-through of every property every 4-6 months. We find ourselves in the problem-solving business 24/7. It is rewarding to be able to assist both tenants and landlords with their housing needs and problems. I love it when our tenants ask us first whenever they are ready to relocate to another rental property, saying that they love us as their property managers! What a compliment!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can prepare an initial analysis of the potential for your investment property prior to meeting with you at the property. We usually do not require any up-front funding before taking over the management of your property. This can happen, however, if work is needed in preparation for marketing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

37 years of property management experience in the Metro Denver and foothills areas. Graduate Realtor Institute, ePro designation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I followed in the footsteps of my parents who started our business back in 1959. I only wish I had begun this career 10 years earlier, although I would have then missed my 12 years in the building materials industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Leasing and managing properties is our specialty. We are a full-service property management company whose services stand out from the competition in many ways. We fully maintain our properties according to our landlords' instructions. You will receive a monthly accounting of income and expenses, along with original receipts.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a property management company that inspects all of their rental properties on a frequent basis. Examine the management company's marketing program--do they use video tours of their properties? Ask about the company's typical marketing time in this market. Ask what standards the management company holds for the condition of their properties.

Ask your potential management company how they market their properties and how often they inspect their listings. These are two areas where Aggus Realty property management stands above the crowd.
