***PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION to make sure it is the right service for you BEFORE YOU REACH OUT TO ME.*** WHO: I’ve found that this service works best for clients that have an idea of what they want but do not know how to accomplish it or don't have a clear idea of where to start. They are willing to put in the work to execute the design in order to save some money but want someone to lead them through the process of transforming their space. If you are the type of person that only feels comfortable working with someone if you sign a contract, this is not the right service for you. I do this as a side profession, and it is something I enjoy and am passionate about. My services are simple and inexpensive, so I do not use a formal contract. SERVICES & COST: I provide home decorating and staging consultations (free when you hire Sanctuary Home Realty to sell your house). You will submit $250 (Venmo only) at the time you book your consultation with me. During the consultation, we will talk about your needs/wants and I will give you ideas that you can execute on your own. Once the consultation is completed, we will determine any other services you would like and I can give you a flat fee for the work or I can work at an hourly rate of $100 per hour. The additional services may include shopping for additional furnishings or accessories to complete the look, or physical help in executing the design once you have all of the furnishings and accessories. I DO NOT PROVIDE: vacant home staging, vacation rental home furnishing, commercial projects. WHERE: This consultation will be in person at your home, or we can work virtually (depending on distance). WHEN: Reach out when you are ready to book your consultation and pay the upfront $250 fee. WHY: Home decor can have a huge impact on how you feel, how you live, and how you sell. Invite me to help!! With 18 years of experience in home decor, staging, and real estate, I will simplify the process and help you achieve your design goals while saving you money! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You will choose an in-person consultation (depending on location) or virtual. I then get an understanding of your needs/wants, timing, and budget...we come up with a plan from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended art school and have been staging and decorating homes for over 20 years. I am also an active real estate agent in the Denver metro area and know what it takes to get your home sold for top dollar.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love art, home decor, and people! I had several friends and family members ask me to help them decorate their homes. Later, as I started working a real estate agent, I provided successful consultations for my clients needing to stage their homes, helping them sell quickly and for top dollar.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with developers, home builders, families, and individuals. I also provide specialized services for caretakers, making their home part of their support system!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I provided a home staging consultation recently. This particular client only needed the consultation and did not request photos or a report. They took notes during our walk-through and executed everything beautifully! Their home sold quickly in a very difficult market. I also recently provided services to a client struggling with severe mental illness. We found some great ways to help with some special needs to aid in her getting a good night's sleep, dealing with anxiety, and bringing some needed encouragement into her environment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't spend a lot of money if you don't need to! Even if you don't want to buy anything new, I can help you. If you want to completely refresh your furnishings, art, and accessories, I can help with that too.
