Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing model is simple and I'm always upfront about what you'll pay for everything I do for your property. No hidden fees, ever.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We want to make sure we meet your expectations. We always start with a complete evaluation of the property and a comprehensive conversation about your goals and expectations as a real estate investor.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Peter is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, Bachelor's degree, an MBA and has over a dozen years of experience in rental property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Peter started working in property management when he joined one of the largest public Real Estate Investment Trusts in the country as a communications professional.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with a number of different real estate investors from small property owners to large national real estate investment trusts. No matter the size of your investment, I can turn it into mailbox money for you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently took on a home that needed some work before being leased. After coordinating the completion of the numerous tasks involving numerous contractors, the home is leased to some great tenants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't always go for the least expensive option or the flat rate option when selecting a property manager. After all, the real estate you own is very valuable, especially in Colorado. You want a quality provider who is going to truly treat your assets right.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before talking to a professional property manager, make sure you're ready to be a real estate investor. Real estate investment is an aspirational undertaking and should be thought through thoroughly. Keeping a property short-term as an investment and selling it rarely maximizes your return. Be in it for the long-term.
