What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our rates are very competitive. We do not up-charge for repairs, no charge for lease renewals and there is no up-front cost to get started. We don’t get paid until you get paid!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Educating my clients on the market and the real estate transaction process, is where we will start. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a property owner renting their home to a tenant, it is important to know the current market conditions, so you are well equipped to make the right decisions when it comes to your next home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started as a receptionist at a real estate company when I was 18, from there I became a real estate assistant and after several years as an assistant and other related positions in the industry I decided to get licensed as an agent.

All kinds! First time home Buyers, Sellers, Investors, seasoned Buyers, property owners and tenants.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Not long... houses are both selling and renting quick for top dollar, in this market. A little seasonal shift is occurring as we approach the summer season.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To make sure there is good communication. That you are not being overcharged for added fees such as upcharges on repairs, or unnecessary fees for lease renewal, etc. That you contract with someone who truly cares about your investment and understands the market and current market conditions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Home purchase - what is your timeframe? Do you know your budget? Area, you want to be in? Have you been approved for a mortgage loan? Do you have a home to sell? Selling a home? How quickly do you need to be moved out of your home and on to your new destination? Property Management? How long are you wanting to rent your home? What is your timeframe?
