What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I own my brokerage so I have more control over pricing than any other Realtor. Contact me and we can work something out

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The Colorado Real Estate Commission requires Realtors to take continued education to stay up to date. We also use several top ranked Real Estate coaches to continue to perfect our craft.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Re sale, listing specialist, buyer specialists, foreclosures, short sales, new construction, for sale by owner program, guaranteed sale

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently listed a home for a past client and with our marketing we were able to get 36 showings in 36 hours!!! Needless to say it went under contract above asking price!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework and make sure you hire a Realtor, don't assume all Real Estate agents are Realtors. Truthfully, roughly 40% of licensed agents are not Realtors. I am a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That we have innovative marketing to get you more exposure than any other Realtor.
