It's a hands-off, full-service program where you just wait for the money to flow into your account each month! We market your property just like we were marketing it for sale, with professionally written text, pictures, and virtual tours for all properties. We have all the contractors needed to fix anything...to the point we could build your home for you. We take pride in the service we provide and are full-time 7 days a week Realtors/Property Managers. We really offer a huge benefit to owners. First of all, Tenants treat Property Managers differently than owners, because they know they can't get away with anything. There is also peace of mind knowing the tenants don't know who you are at all and your info is confidential. We don't represent tenants at all we ONLY represent owners... which makes a big difference.
