Our fee structure is pretty straightforward. We make money when you make money, and we don't upcharge for maintenance.

Our typical process is simple, We start with a free consultation and then we go over a checklist on how we can help them and see if we are a good fit for each other, Client and All County Coastal Property Management.

With 10+ years of experience in the fields as an investor and managing my own properties, Real Estate Associate, and Real Estate Broker

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With over 10+ years of experience, I started this line of work as an investor, and after a few flips and managing my own properties. I decided to obtain my Real Estate license and finally became a Real Estate Broker.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types (i.e. Veterans, 1st responders, Doctors, teachers, and much more).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Going from self-management to a professional property management company is a big leap. Thus, it’s important to ask a property management company all about their experience, the services they provide, and how they will take care of your property. Too many property owners go through bad experiences with their property managers. If you want to avoid problems with your property management company, you should start with the selection process. Learn how to choose property management companies that fit your needs and budget.
