We offer our customers a wide variety of Services that are: - INTERIOR DESIGN - HOME STAGING - REMODEL - —> Painting(interior/exterior), Flooring, Bathroom remodels, new Kitchens, new Outdoors - in cooperation with our preferred licensed and insured General Contractors. Cost for initial consultation onsite: $400 (will be waived if we end up working together) Hourly rate is $180 We provide you with a piece of mind for your INTERIOR DESIGN / REMODEL project. No matter if you have already a vision that you need help bring into reality or if we need to develop one together, we are positive the outcome will exceed your expectations! Let's start with a phone call where we discuss the project in it's entirety. We will then meet in your home to see the spaces. Based on that we provide ideas/suggestions and once the design/redesign has been approved by you we will manage your project from start to finish so we can meet your timeline, quality and budget requirements! Our customers enjoy our full service offerings as we strive to create the simplest and most extraordinary customer experience through our passion for design. Our HOME STAGING services are equally important to us and we are best known for our coastal modern and contemporary designs that sell properties as fast as one day after staging it!!! We offer different price models so you can be sure you only pay what you actually need! Our REAL ESTATE Services (by award winning Realtor Susanne Kessler @Downing Frye Realty) will help you BUY and SELL your property and will offer home staging advice and on top if you let Susanne handle your sale your staging cost will be cut in half!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Interior Design business: We have different models for pricing and each depends on the needs of our customers: - On an hourly basis (consulting & planning) - Cost plus basis (planning, purchasing and project management) - Combination of both - Flat fee for bigger projects Home Staging business: Starting at $700 but final staging cost depend on the Listing Price of the property. Partial Staging possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet onsite. Have pictures of rooms, items, colors, styles you like. Fill out a questionnaire so we can pin down style you want to go with. We will make suggestions based on your requirements. We will discuss budget and timeline. If agreed upon the design contract will be signed by both parties and we will get to work for you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Interior Design Penthouse in Naples: Renovated, furnished and transformed the penthouse into a contemporary luxurious home! Staging: A totally renovated 2mil $ home in Naples. Modern, contemporary style. Home was sold with the furniture within 30 days of staging!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to have a ‘realistic’ budget and timeline in mind.

What is my budget and timeline? What style do I like and what colors? How many rooms need to be staged or designed?
