I am a Mechanical Engineer with a Master in Business Administrations. I am Also a Real Estate Broker.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2012 we started investing in Real Estate and we found that Managing Properties is a very exiting job. With a Background in Mechanical Engineering we have the ability to supervise maintenance and emergency jobs with confidence to make sure our clients pay the right amount and get high returns on their investment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly Real Estate investors either Commercial or Residential.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advise will be to work with Providers with a License and review the contracts for additional fees which will increase the monthly fees paid for the service.
