What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing includes TWO full service realtors that will market your home to the best our abilities to sell your home for the best price possible. We are a team therefore you get 2 Realtors for the price of 1. Included in our pricing is strategic pricing, marketing, communication guarantee and credits at closing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually schedule a call to identify your needs and if you decide to move forward with us, we will setup a formal meeting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the real estate field as a transaction and marketing coordinator. Once I became experienced, I decided to become a licensed agent. I love real estate and I love helping others find their next home and sell their current home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all customers and help with their real estate needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I advise anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate, to hire a Realtor. Yes it can be done on your own but having someone with the knowledge and expertise makes the process easier and less stressful.
