What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will meet with all of my customers to determine their particular Real Estate needs and how I can best help them to meet their needs. I want you to be thrilled about me representing you when selling a home or buying a home. I'm always available to answer any questions that you may have. No question is too silly. Know you can reach me when you need me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Real Licensed since 2005. Member of National Association of Realtors. Member of Florida Real Estate Association, Member of local MLS Real Estate Boards in Broward county and Palm Beach county.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I became licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2005. I love selling homes!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Search online for the Real Estate Agent by name. You should be able to view pages of them online that demonstrate their skill as a Real Estate Agent. A Real Estate Blog is important for them to have too, so you can clearly read on their success as a Real Estate Agent, as I've had since 2005.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If selling a home, how will your home be priced for sale; how does your home compare to the competition? Do not hire a Real Estate Agent solely because they agree to the price you want to sell your home for; this is called "buying a listing" and in the end, home Sellers end up selling their home for less money when your home wasn't listed at the right price to begin with and you are forced to reduce the list price essentially chasing the market downward. This is never a good strategy when you're wanting to sell a home for top dollar. If buying a home, make sure your Real Estate Agent is able to compare like homes to the home you're considering buying so you don't overpay for a home. Make sure the Agent you hire is a skilled negotiator as there will be negotiations needed during the Real Estate process. Also, make sure, as a home Buyer, that you have been Pre Approved for a mortgage before you start your home search - this is critical.
