I am the broker/owner of my own boutique real estate firm locally in Palm Beach County. I have built my business on the principles of honesty, integrity, accountability and communication. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a flat fee of $99 per month per property to manage your property. I charge 2.5% to represent you in a real estate transaction whether it is as a buyer or a seller.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to talk to you briefly so that we can get to know eachother and I can have a better understanding of your needs. Then its off and running, whether you need property management or real estate services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a real estate broker in South Florida for 25 years and have owned my own brokerage for most of that. I have trained over 200+ realtors and have participated in thousands of transactions. I am a real estate broker in Florida and South Carolina. I also have a Bachelors Degree with Real Estate as my major from Florida Atlantic University.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This was my first job in college and I have been perfecting my craft ever since. I would love to share my knowledge with you.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with anyone and everyone over the years. I am happy for all business whether you are looking to lease an apartment for $1000 or purchase your luxury property for $30,000,000. I also manage/stabalize all types of properties for my owners from those that rent for $1000 per month to $20000 per month.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are too many to list. All my projects are special. From helping someone that was at whits end find a place to live as a rental to assisting a couple relocating from California in finding their dream luxury condo to assisting a client is selling their $2.7M condo in Miami that another agent hadn't been able to sell in a year + and I sold it in a month to assisting an owner get their rental portfolio stablized and the units repaired and rented at market rents. It is all very rewarding.
